Day 23!

I weighed in this morning at school for our Biggest Loser competition. Now I always weigh myself after I shower and before I get dressed. Obviously I couldn’t do that at school so the scale was brutal on me today. Not only was I dressed, but it was freezing today so I was REALLY dressed! When I looked down it read 156. Needless to say I was upset. Honestly, the number on the scale should not matter, it’s how you look and feel, but I have never weighed that much! Yikes! So, Stevan and I also started a fitness challenge. It’s only for ten days to get lean for our engagement pictures. He burned 435 calories on the elliptical. I stayed on and burned 437.8. =D I really really do not want to lose this one! It’s game on!

Pushing Through!

I have been motivated mentally the last few days, but haven’t worked out the way I wanted to. Thinking about working out isn’t nearly effective as actually working out! LOL! I tend to do that a lot. Well, this morning the workout I’m doing said to do 10 lunges, 10 sit ups, and 10 jumping jacks. Well, I hate doing sit ups and have always had a strong core. I do continue to work on it, but today I decided to go for 100 jumping jacks. I had done 90 before, but going for 100 was completely mental! I got to about 50 and my mind is doing everything it can to get me to stop. I didn’t stop though! I pushed through and did 100 JUMPING JACKS!!! It felt awesome! Y’all have a powerful day!

Day 19!

I did a 10 minute jog, 15 lunges, and 25 leg lifts! I’m going to do 20 pushups I a second and eat healthy today! I love this feeling! My heart is pounding, but I feel accomplished. It doesn’t matter what the scale says because this feels great! Get on board!

Day 12!

I forgot to weigh in this morning, but I did do 10 man pushups (oppose to lady pushups :}) and 80 jumping jacks. I did have an egg and cheese burrito and a full glass of chocolate milk. It isn’t too healthy, but that’s alright I guess.

Day 9 & 10! 147.7-147.6

Good morning!!!

I get to go back to school today!!! Yay!! Sorry I didn’t post at all yesterday. We had a meeting all day long! Anywho, yesterday I weighed 147.7, and today 147.6! That’s going in the right direction at least!! I gave blood yesterday so I did eat some Oreos and drink a power aid (ew!) at their station. I did 70 jumping jacks yesterday and 75 today. I’ve noticed that I’m fine until 60. As soon as I do 61 I’m thinking, “okay! I want to stop!” but gaining 5 a day has been really beneficial. Day 8! 147.7!!

Good morning!

I did 65 jumping jacks, 20 pushups, and 50 calf raises. I’m going to try to squeeze more stuff in like that throughout the day, but today should be packed because it’s back to work!!! I weighed in at 147.7 this morning and seeing the scale below 148 even though it’s just .3 pounds is pretty awesome! I feel skinnier all ready! Haha! Have a healthy day!

Day 7! 148!

Hello people!

I weighed in at 148 this morning, but it fluctuates so much it’s hard to tell. I did 60 jumping jacks and played in the yard with the dogs for about 15 minutes. I count this day as not having worked out. It was my last day of winter break and I was feeling REALLY lazy! I’m going to bed now and will hopefully wake up in time for some cardio before work. Also, today I had tons of water, spaghetti with Italian sausage, Texas toast, a turkey and cheddar sandwich on potato bread (omg so good!) with mustard, and a Dr. Pepper 10 and snickers. Okay, so I know the last part there is really an issue, but admitting I have a problem is the first step right? :) Also, I consider it a problem that I did not have any fruits or veggies today. That is another issue. Anyway, I’m not feeling great so I’m going to sleep! Hasta MaƱana!

152!!!!! Day 6 =\

I know I shouldn’t weigh myself because weight loss isn’t my ultimate goal. It is to feel confident and beautiful on my wedding day and honeymoon and to be as healthy as possible. I did it anyway though. I weighed myself! I weigh 152 pounds… I feel good, but the scale is ugly. I am going to start posting what I am eating too to hopefully get to the bottom of what is going on. This morning for breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs and an instant breakfast. I did 55 jumping jacks, 10 lunges on each leg, 10 squat thrusts, 10 sit-ups, and 15 pushups. I need to get some cardio in today also. I’ll post later. I’m feeling bummed.

Day 5! Already? :)

Hello friends!

I did 10 minutes on the elliptical with an 8 resistance, 50 jumping jacks, 10 pushups, 10 bridges, and 10 lunges on each leg. And I played with the dogs in the yard. :) #beastmode

Workout Day 4!

Hello friends!!

I woke up and did 50 jumping jacks and 30 crunches. I’ll most likely not do any cardio today because it’s New Years Eve!!! I hope everyone has a safe New Years Eve!!!
