Day 58!
It’s been awhile since I have posted here! I’ve still been working out 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes. The biggest thing I have done is change my diet. I drink a fruit smoothie every morning for breakfast, and eat lots of fruit and veggies during the day. I feel great, although the weight isn’t coming off as quickly as I would like. I’m down to 145, but am excited to feel...
