It’s day 3 of wedding workout I think… :) Maybe day 4. Anyway, I did 20 minutes on the elliptical on 7 resistance and 10 kickbacks on each arm with 8 pound weights. Lastly, I did 30 crunches. I don’t have a scale here, but plan on buying one soon! I’m feeling great, and am enjoying the soreness I have in my thighs and abs. It makes me feel like I’ve been working! More to come!
